CISI FIN’s May 2026 Monthly Return Shows Stable Share Capital and Sufficient Public Float

China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited (CISI FIN) submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming no changes to its share capital structure.

Authorised share capital remained at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.10, equivalent to HK$2.00 billion.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 4.00 billion shares, with zero treasury shares recorded. No share issuances, cancellations, repurchases, or treasury transfers occurred during the month.

The company reconfirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement, maintaining at least the 25% minimum threshold.

No movements were reported in share options, warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other equity-linked instruments.

The filing, signed by Executive Director Lin Dan, states that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations continue to be met.
