China Anchu Energy Storage Doubles Authorised Share Capital to HKD 20.00 million; Issued Shares Hold at 3.57 billion

China Anchu Energy Storage Group Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 May 2026, highlighting a sizeable uplift in authorised capital alongside stable issued share volume.

Key changes in capital structure

• Authorised share capital expanded to 8.00 billion ordinary shares (par value HKD 0.0025), doubling the previous 4.00 billion. Correspondingly, registered share capital rose from HKD 10.00 million to HKD 20.00 million.

Issued shares and public float

• The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 3.57 billion, with no treasury shares outstanding or cancelled during May.

• The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.

Share option exposure

• Two option schemes remain in force: 1) Scheme adopted 09 June 2014, exercise price HKD 0.91, 91.00 million options outstanding. 2) Scheme adopted 23 October 2025, exercise price HKD 0.61, 304.69 million options outstanding.

Total outstanding options stand at 395.69 million, equivalent to a potential dilution of approximately 11.1% of the current issued share base if fully exercised. No options were exercised in May, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

Other securities and corporate actions

• The issuer reported no warrants, convertible securities, share repurchases, redemptions, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipt activity during the month.

Outlook

With an expanded authorised share pool and a significant option overhang, China Anchu Energy Storage has increased flexibility for future equity issuance while keeping its issued capital steady for now. Market participants will watch subsequent filings for any utilisation of the enlarged authorisation or option conversions that could affect the share base.
