CCB Announces Yang Qiang's Official Appointment as Independent Non-Executive Director

China Construction Bank Corporation (00939) has officially confirmed that Yang Qiang has assumed the role of independent non-executive director.

According to the bank's latest announcement, the appointment was approved during the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 26, 2026. Following the meeting's resolution, the National Financial Regulatory Administration granted its approval for Yang Qiang's qualification, and he has now formally taken office in the position.

This appointment marks the completion of all required regulatory procedures, allowing Yang Qiang to serve in his new capacity as independent non-executive director of the bank.
