CM Bank London Branch Lists CNY3.00 billion 1.73% Notes Due 2029 on London Stock Exchange

China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (CM Bank) announced that its London Branch has successfully issued and listed CNY3.00 billion 1.73 per cent. notes due 2029 on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange. The notes were admitted to trading on 22 April 2026.

The issuance forms part of CM Bank’s US$5.00 billion Medium Term Note Programme, providing the bank with continued access to offshore funding in renminbi.

The regulatory filing was released under Rule 13.10B of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

Board information confirms Wang Liang and Zhong Desheng as executive directors, with a full complement of shareholder and independent non-executive directors named in the announcement.
