In accordance with Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), the company's designated agent for this purpose will be changed.

Effective from June 23, 2026, the agent will be changed from Ms. Zhang Yuefen to Ms. Yang Xiaohui.
