The company delivered adjusted earnings of $0.91 per share, significantly above the consensus estimate of $0.70. Revenue climbed 8.8% year-over-year to $4.33 billion, beating the forecast of $3.92 billion. Net income reached $114 million, or $0.81 per share, driven by strong execution in mining and metals projects and favorable close-out items in the Energy Solutions segment.
Fluor also narrowed its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $500–$525 million and reported robust new awards of $6.1 billion, reflecting continued demand across its key markets.
