Vigonvita Life Sciences Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) (Stock Code: 2630) issued an announcement regarding a proposed change of trustee for its H Share Award Scheme. According to the Company, JLT Trust (Hong Kong) Limited is engaged as the new trustee effective March 2, 2026, replacing Futu Trustee Limited, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting.
Futu Trustee Limited confirmed there is no disagreement with the Company and no other matters that require the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange. Apart from the trustee change, the scheme’s rules and other details remain unchanged.
