Price Adjustment for Fuel Products in Shaanxi Province

According to the National Development and Reform Commission, the domestic refined oil product price adjustment window will open at 24:00 on August 28. Monitoring by the Price Monitoring Center of the National Development and Reform Commission indicates that international oil prices have experienced volatile fluctuations during the current adjustment cycle, spanning from 24:00 on August 14 to 24:00 on August 28.

Effective from 24:00 on August 28, the retail ceiling prices for gasoline and diesel in China will be raised by 375 yuan per tonne and 360 yuan per tonne, respectively. On a national average basis, the per-liter prices of 92-octane gasoline, 95-octane gasoline, and 0-diesel will increase by 0.29 yuan, 0.31 yuan, and 0.31 yuan, respectively. Following the confirmation of this upward adjustment, private car owners filling a standard 50-liter tank with 92-octane gasoline will incur an additional cost of 14.5 yuan per fill-up.

On August 28, the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission published a notice on its official website detailing the fuel price adjustment within the province. In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Petroleum Prices and the domestic refined oil price adjustment information released by the National Development and Reform Commission, the maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel in the province have been announced. These new prices will take effect from 24:00 on August 28, 2026.
