On January 22, the Administrative Penalty Decision Information Public Notice Form from the People's Bank of China Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Branch revealed that Huitong Xincheng Leasing Co., Ltd. was fined 2.28 million yuan for violating credit information management regulations.
Concurrently, Lu Mouchun (then head of the Consumer Protection Department/Customer Service Department at the company) was held responsible for the aforementioned violations and received a fine of 10,000 yuan.
