Lakala Payment Co., Ltd. (300773.SZ), which had submitted its application for a Hong Kong initial public offering on October 17, 2025, saw its prospectus expire on April 17, 2026, after the standard six-month validity period lapsed. At the time of the application, China Securities (International) Finance Limited served as the exclusive sponsor.

According to the prospectus, Lakala Payment is a leading digital payment and digital commerce solutions provider in Asia. The company uses payment services as an entry point, driven by technologies such as big data, blockchain, and artificial intelligence.
