Operations Intern
What does this role involve? You will be responsible for the daily operations of the "Wave Studio" WeChat official account. This includes content creation, brand building, enhancing user experience, cross-promotion for follower growth, and routine content reposting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various projects and initiatives, contributing your ideas and skills.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
1. Understanding of the fundamental principles of operating content platforms like WeChat Official Accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, and knowledge of effective strategies for growing a follower base on these platforms.
2. Strong news sense and the ability to accurately judge information quality and assess the merit of an article.
3. Good aesthetic judgment, capable of selecting complementary and informative images for text, with a meticulous attention to detail regarding wording, formatting, and visuals.
4. Patience, a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, time management skills, and sustained enthusiasm and curiosity for the work.
5. Preference will be given to those with experience operating WeChat accounts with millions of followers, relevant operational resources, or those available for long-term internships.

Weibo Operations Intern
What does this role involve?
1. Managing the daily operations of Weibo content and planning for trending topics and hot searches.
2. Assisting in the execution and implementation of commercial projects.
3. Expanding and maintaining cooperative relationships with media accounts.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
1. Availability to work 5 days a week. Candidates who can start soon are preferred.
2. A good sense for online trends and the ability to write compelling Weibo copy.
3. (Bonus) Relevant professional experience, particularly as a well-known new media operator in China with specific Weibo operations experience.

Video Planning Intern
What does this role involve?
1. Video Thumbnail Design: Create engaging thumbnails that align with video content and adhere to the style guidelines of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, and Weibo to boost viewership.
2. Content Material Organization & Re-creation: Organize and categorize existing video materials for secondary creation, designing visual-text content for Xiaohongshu, including image pairing, layout, and copy optimization.
3. Account Operations: Handle daily operations for accounts across multiple platforms, including content publishing, data monitoring, and strategy adjustment based on platform algorithms to increase exposure and fan interaction. Familiarity with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards for each platform is required.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to understand video design needs, provide feedback, and support the content creation workflow.
5. Other Support Tasks: Assist the team with online video trend analysis, participate in content reviews, and help improve overall operational efficiency.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
1. Professional Skills: Good design aesthetic and proficiency in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. A portfolio (preferably featuring video thumbnails or graphic design work) must be attached to the application.
2. Platform Familiarity: Understanding of the rules, posting schedules, and algorithms of platforms such as Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, and Weibo, with the ability to adapt quickly to multi-platform operations.
3. Online Sense & Style Awareness: Strong intuition for internet trends, familiarity with popular video styles, and the ability to create content that appeals to younger audiences.
4. Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members (e.g., directors), accept feedback, and iterate on designs.
5. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above preferred; current juniors, seniors, or graduate students are ideal. Backgrounds in design, media, or marketing are advantageous. Relevant internship experience or personal account operation experience is a plus.
6. Other: Proactive and responsible. The internship should last at least 3 months; full-time or remote options can be discussed.

Content Intern (2 positions)
What does this role involve? You will be fully involved in the content creation process at Wave Studio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, pitching topics, conducting research, and writing articles.

1. Strong professional capability and rigorous academic writing training.
2. Excellent learning ability, absorbing new knowledge like a sponge.
3. Awareness of online trends and a willingness to share insights and perspectives.
4. Strong logical and critical thinking skills, able to argue a point clearly and coherently.
