Accelink Technologies Considers Hong Kong Listing Following Strong First-Quarter Results

Accelink Technologies Co.,Ltd. (002281.SZ) has announced its intention to pursue a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company stated that this move aims to deepen its global strategic positioning, further enhance corporate governance and core competitiveness, create a diversified financing channel, and support high-quality development, in line with its overall strategic and operational needs.

The board of directors has agreed to authorize the company's management to initiate the preliminary preparatory work for this H-share listing. This authorization is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the board's approval.

Accelink Technologies is a global pioneer in the R&D and industrialization of optoelectronic devices and modules. The company has focused on the optical communications field for nearly 50 years and possesses strategic R&D and mass production capabilities for optoelectronic chips, devices, modules, and subsystem products.

The company originated from the Postal Ministry's Solid-State Device Research Institute, established in 1976. It underwent restructuring in 2001 and went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2009, becoming the first listed communication optoelectronic device company in China.

On the performance front, for the first quarter of 2026, Accelink Technologies reported operating revenue of 27.73 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 24.79%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 240 million yuan, up 59.76% year-on-year. After deducting non-recurring gains and losses, the net profit attributable to shareholders was 228 million yuan, a rise of 61.23% compared to the same period last year.
