Wing Fung Group Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online; Sets Out Shareholder Communication Arrangements

Bulletin Express09-17

On 18 September 2026 Wing Fung Group Asia Limited released its Interim Report 2026 in both English and Chinese editions. The documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.wingfunggroup.com) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Mr. Chung Chi-Keung, encourages shareholders to review the electronic versions to facilitate timely and environmentally friendly access to corporate information. Registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online files, or who prefer hard copies, may request printed versions—free of charge—by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local submissions; alternatively, requests can be emailed to 8526-ecom@vistra.com.

To streamline future communication, shareholders are urged to supply or update a functional email address using the same reply form. Without a valid email on record, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices and actionable corporate communications until electronic contact details are provided.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
