Kanzhun Limited (abbrev. “Kanzhun”) announced that Mr. Haiyang Yu has resigned from the Board as a non-executive director, effective 23 October 2026. The resignation is attributed to other business commitments.

The company confirmed that Mr. Yu has no disagreements with either the Board or the Group, and no matters relating to his departure require shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention.

Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Peng Zhao, on behalf of the Board, expressed appreciation for Mr. Yu’s contributions during his tenure.

Following the change, Kanzhun’s Board consists of: • Executive Directors – Peng Zhao, Tao Zhang, Xu Chen, Yang Mu and Xiehua Wang • Independent Non-Executive Directors – Yonggang Sun, Yan Li and Hongyu Liu

No further management or governance changes were disclosed in the announcement dated 23 October 2026.
