NEW AMANTE updates board structure: Pong Chun Yu shifts to Financial Controller; Cheng King Yip joins as Independent Director and Audit Chair

NEW AMANTE (08412) has confirmed changes to its board and committee composition effective 1 April 2026.

Former independent non-executive director (INED) Pong Chun Yu resigned from all board and committee roles concurrently with his appointment as the company’s Financial Controller.

Cheng King Yip has been appointed as an INED, chairman of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees, and a member of the Nomination Committee. Cheng has declared that he: • meets all independence criteria under GEM Listing Rules 5.09(1)-(8); • holds no financial or other interests in NEW AMANTE or its subsidiaries and has no ties with any core connected persons; • is free of additional factors that could compromise his independence; and • has obtained legal advice under GEM Rule 5.02D and understands his duties as a director.

The board confirms that all other information disclosed on 1 April 2026 remains unchanged.
