The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$114.6353 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$13.5155 million.
Following this acquisition, the firm's total shareholding has risen to 3.7671 million shares. This represents a holding percentage of 8.23% of the company's issued share capital.
