DingTalk held its AI DingTalk 1.1 product launch and ecosystem conference today, where its founder and CEO, Chen Hang, delivered a keynote speech.

During the event, DingTalk unveiled its AI recruitment feature, which leverages artificial intelligence to automate tasks such as resume screening and candidate matching. All AI-candidate interactions are fully recorded and traceable.

The AI recruitment tool is designed for both social recruitment and campus hiring scenarios. For the latter, DingTalk introduced the "AI Evangelist · City Partner Management Trainee Program," aiming to recruit 2,000 university students nationwide.

"Five years ago, many primary and secondary school students gave us 1-star ratings. Now, they may be university students—we welcome them to join DingTalk and help promote it, changing those 1-star ratings to 5 stars," Chen Hang remarked.
