HK&S HOTELS Reports Q4 2025 Peninsula Hotel Performance Metrics

HK&S HOTELS (00045) has announced key performance indicators for its Peninsula Hotel properties for the fourth quarter of 2025. In Greater China, the average revenue per available room was HK$3,428. The figure for other Asian regions was HK$3,091, while it was HK$6,413 for the United States and HK$7,135 for Europe. The average room rate for the Peninsula hotels in Greater China during the quarter was HK$4,524. In other Asian areas, the average rate was HK$4,241, compared to HK$8,880 in the US and HK$13,122 in Europe. The occupancy rate for Peninsula hotels in Greater China reached 76%. The occupancy rate was 73% in other parts of Asia, 72% in the United States, and 54% in Europe.
