According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 31, ALCO HOLDINGS (00328) experienced a significant position change, with a total deposit value of 24.85 million Hong Kong dollars, accounting for 24.44% of the company's shares. A shareholder of the company deposited 44 million shares into UBS Securities Hong Kong, increasing their shareholding by 15.36%.
Previously, ALCO HOLDINGS had announced that, based on a rights issue, 229 million rights shares were allotted and issued on July 13, 2026.
