Xinhua Winshare (00811) announced that Ms. Huang Huiling has resigned from the following positions with the company, effective March 26, 2026: Alternate Authorized Representative, as stipulated under Rule 3.06(2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Rules; and the Agent for service of legal process and Authorized Representative under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, as required by Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules. Mr. Liu Guoxian has been appointed as the Alternate Authorized Representative and the Agent for service of legal process, effective from March 26, 2026.
