Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) reported that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, classified as a Class (5) associate connected with the offeror, executed seven derivative issuances on 11 June 2026, as disclosed under Rule 22 of Hong Kong’s Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The transactions reference a total of 7.00 million shares, carrying notional values of USD 2.81 million. Reference prices ranged from USD 0.4005 to USD 0.4055 per share, with maturities clustered around 20 July 2027 and 13 June 2028.

Following the dealings, J.P. Morgan Securities’ resultant position increased to 126.16 million shares, up by 6.50 million shares from the pre-transaction level of 119.66 million.

The disclosure is linked to the company’s ongoing proposed delisting process. All dealings were conducted for J.P. Morgan Securities’ own account, and the firm is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
