On November 19, the Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) and China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in Beijing. ADBC Chairman Zhan Dongsheng and President Zhang Xiaodong, along with CCB Chairman Zhang Jinliang and President Zhang Yi, witnessed the signing ceremony and held discussions. ADBC Vice President Wu Tao and CCB Vice President Ji Zhihong signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. The signing ceremony adopted a "headquarters + branches" model, with 13 branches signing simultaneously.
Under the agreement, the two institutions will deepen cooperation in financial markets, syndicated loans, consulting services, and other areas. They aim to leverage their complementary strengths to better serve national strategies and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, contributing to the accelerated development of a strong agricultural sector and a robust financial system.
