WEIGAO GROUP Repurchases 40,000 H Shares for HKD 0.13 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 60.20 Million

Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (WEIGAO GROUP) continued its share buy-back programme on 03 July 2026, acquiring 40,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Exchange at HKD 3.24 per share. The transaction totaled HKD 0.13 million and the repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Prior to the transaction, WEIGAO GROUP had 4.46 billion issued shares (excluding 60.16 million treasury shares). Following the repurchase, the outstanding share count declined marginally by 0.0009 % to 4.46 billion, while treasury shares increased to 60.20 million. The company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 4.52 billion shares.

The latest purchase forms part of the mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 446.46 million shares. Cumulative buy-backs under this mandate now stand at 2.88 million shares, representing 0.64 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong Exchange regulations, WEIGAO GROUP is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 02 August 2026. The company confirmed that all repurchases were executed in full compliance with the Exchange’s Main Board Rules and prevailing legal requirements.
