Additionally, the meeting passed a proposal to appoint Wang Lixiong as deputy president, with his term lasting until the end of the current board's tenure. Wang's appointment is pending approval from the Zhejiang Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
Wang Lixiong, born in November 1972, holds a master's degree in project management and is a senior economist. Currently serving as a party committee member of Bank Of Hangzhou Co.,Ltd., he previously held multiple leadership positions including assistant president and deputy president of Baochu Sub-branch, deputy general manager of corporate business and credit management departments, acting head of credit approval, president of Xiaoshan Sub-branch, general manager of corporate business headquarters and international business, party secretary and president of Shanghai Branch, deputy president, and chairman of the supervisory board.
