On September 29, according to a public administrative penalty decision published by the Baoding Branch of the People's Bank of China, Hebei Gaobeidian Rural Commercial Bank was fined 330,000 yuan for violating regulations on the collection, provision, inquiry, and related management of credit information.

The penalty was imposed by the Baoding Branch of the People's Bank of China.
