China Resources Gas Keeps Share Count Flat, Adds 1.19 Million-Share Buyback on 24 July 2026

China Resources Gas Group Limited disclosed that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 2.31 billion shares as of 24 July 2026, according to the latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

On the same day, the company repurchased 1.19 million shares on-market at prices between HKD 15.88 and HKD 16.00, spending a total of HKD 18.95 million. The volume-weighted average price for the transaction was approximately HKD 15.95 per share. All of the repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this latest purchase, a cumulative 45.36 million shares acquired between 28 May 2025 and 24 July 2026 are awaiting cancellation, equivalent to roughly 1.96 % of the current issued share base. None of the repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 28 May 2026, the board is authorised to buy back up to 231.40 million shares. To date, 16.37 million shares—or 0.71 % of the outstanding shares at the date of the mandate—have been bought back under this authorisation.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 23 August 2026.
