LEADS BIOLABS-B (09887) has announced that Dr. Ni Jia has tendered her resignation as a non-executive director of the company, effective March 27, 2026. Following the recommendation of the board's nomination committee, the board has resolved to nominate Dr. Wu Fenglan as a non-executive director. The proposed appointment of Dr. Wu is subject to approval by shareholders through an ordinary resolution at the company's annual general meeting.

Effective March 27, 2026, Dr. Zhang Hongbing, an independent non-executive director and member of the nomination committee, has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee. Dr. Kang Xiaoqiang has stepped down from his role as chairman of the nomination committee but will remain a member. The remaining composition of the nomination committee is unchanged.
