XD INC (02400) surged more than 6% in early trading, reaching a 7.13% increase at the time of writing, with its stock price at HK$123.2 and a turnover of HK$202 million. The company announced that on November 26, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, XD Entertainment, entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Golden Arc. Under the agreement, the two parties agreed to establish a strategic partnership. Additionally, XD Entertainment signed a financing agreement with Golden Arc, committing to provide a total of $40 million in term loan financing. The terms of the financing agreement, including the applicable interest rate, were negotiated fairly between the parties, taking into account prevailing market conditions.

The announcement noted that the target group also owns a portfolio of well-known gaming intellectual properties. The financing agreement lays the foundation for a long-term business relationship, facilitating the exploration of future opportunities, which the company believes will benefit both XD INC and its shareholders. As such, the company views the financing provided to Golden Arc as a means to enhance its investments in the overseas gaming industry and support future business opportunities. The execution of the financing agreement is considered part of the company's ordinary business operations.
