XINDA Investment publishes 2025 Annual Report and outlines shareholder communication arrangements

Bulletin Express04-16

The board of XINDA Investment Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of the 2025 Annual Report have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.xindaholdings.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously chose to receive printed materials will receive hard copies of the report together with a reply form that allows them to: 1) request hard copies in English, Chinese, or both languages; or 2) provide a functional email address to receive all future corporate and actionable communications electronically.

Shareholders opting for electronic delivery must complete and return the reply form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (1281-ecom@vistra.com). If no valid email address is on file, the company will continue to send printed notices and actionable communications until an address is provided.

The instruction selected in Part A of the reply form will remain effective for all corporate communications until the earlier of written notice to the registrar or 31 December 2027.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

The notification was signed by Chairman Wei Qiang on 16 April 2026.
