Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd. (002240.SZ) announced that it has entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Huayou Holding Group Co., Ltd. for the supply of lithium products from 2026 to 2030. Under the agreement, Huayou Holding Group (including its designated subsidiaries) will purchase a total of 221,400 tons of lithium products from Chengxin Lithium during the five-year period. The specific annual purchase volumes will be stipulated in subsequent sub-orders between the two parties.
