LUDASHI (03601) announced that, in order to fully utilize the Group's idle funds for better capital returns, on January 19, 2026, the Company's subsidiary, Chengdu Mijiayou, entered into a Structured Deposit Product Agreement XLIX with China Merchants Bank. Under this agreement, Chengdu Mijiayou agreed to subscribe to a RMB 50 million structured deposit product issued by China Merchants Bank. The subscription funds were sourced from the redeemed principal under Structured Deposit Product Agreement XLVIII.
