ND PAPER (02689) announced that Mr. Lam Yiu Kin has retired as the company's Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Governance Committee at the Annual General Meeting. Mr. Sun Baoyuan has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Governance Committee, effective from December 11, 2025.
