On December 30, according to an administrative penalty decision published by the People's Bank of China Anshun Branch, Guizhou Zhenning Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. was issued a warning and fined 1,470,690 yuan.
The penalties were imposed for violations across multiple regulatory areas, including financial statistical management regulations, payment and settlement management rules, counterfeit currency business management stipulations, credit information management provisions, and anti-money laundering management requirements.
