Conch Cement (00914) has released its interim results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026. The group recorded operating revenue of RMB 36.927 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 10.88%. Profit attributable to equity holders of the company stood at RMB 2.72 billion, down 41.85% compared to the same period last year, with basic earnings per share of RMB 0.52.
During the reporting period, the group adhered to its "15th Five-Year Plan" strategic blueprint, maintaining a focus on effective investment while advancing both its core business development and industrial chain expansion. In terms of core operations, the group continued to push forward capacity consolidation domestically, including progress on the acquisition of cement assets from Anhui Wanwei High-Tech Material Industry Co., Ltd. Overseas, the group seized growth opportunities, with key project construction achieving positive milestones.
Regarding industrial chain extension, the group successfully commissioned four aggregate projects during the period. Additionally, it launched 26 commercial concrete projects through a combination of new construction, leasing, and entrusted processing arrangements, while also bringing four new dry-mix mortar and tile adhesive projects into production. These moves further refined the group's industrial chain layout, accelerating its transformation into a comprehensive building materials service solution provider.
The group continued to drive technological innovation and the application of innovative outcomes, fostering a company-wide culture of creativity. During the reporting period, the group received seven Building Materials Science and Technology Awards jointly presented by the China Building Materials Federation and the Chinese Ceramic Society, along with the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Award and 223 authorized patents. Participation in innovation activities reached 46% across the workforce, with over 500 outcomes successfully replicated and scaled from "1 to 100" applications.
The group has intensified its commitment to green and low-carbon development, accelerating the retrofitting of production lines for ultra-low emissions, advancing research into carbon-reduction technologies, and tapping deeper into energy-saving and carbon-reduction potential to further lower carbon intensity. It also strengthened its study of carbon market policies and operational mechanisms, actively engaging in carbon market trading to elevate its green development standards.
As of the end of the reporting period, the group held clinker production capacity of 234 million tonnes, cement production capacity of 385 million tonnes, and aggregate production capacity of 186 million tonnes. Its operational commercial concrete capacity reached 84.35 million cubic meters, while installed capacity for wind, solar, and storage power generation stood at approximately 1,431 megawatts.
