Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 2666) announced the resignation of Mr. Zhu Ziyang, who served as a non-executive director, chairman of the risk control committee, and member of the strategy and ESG committee. According to the announcement, the resignation is due to other work arrangement and will take effect on November 17, 2025.
Mr. Zhu confirmed there is no disagreement with the board, and no other matters need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The board expressed its gratitude for Mr. Zhu’s contributions throughout his tenure.
