REMEGEN Allocates Idle Capital to Huatai Securities Financial Products

REMEGEN (09995) has announced that on May 14, 2026, the company entered into agreements with Huatai Securities to purchase financial products using its idle proprietary funds.

The agreements include: (1) Huatai Securities Financial Product Agreement No. 1, under which the company agreed to purchase financial products worth RMB 60 million; (2) Huatai Securities Financial Product Agreement No. 2, for the purchase of financial products worth RMB 75 million; (3) Huatai Securities Financial Product Agreement No. 3, for the purchase of financial products worth RMB 102 million; and (4) Huatai Securities Financial Product Agreement No. 4, for the purchase of financial products worth RMB 216 million.

All purchases utilize the company's idle proprietary capital.
