Stock News10-20 18:30

DKE (01770) has announced that its board of directors has resolved to propose the adoption of the company's 2026 H-share incentive plan, subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.

Under Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the H-share incentive plan will constitute a share scheme involving the issuance of new H shares, and therefore its adoption requires shareholder approval.

The terms of the H-share incentive plan comply with the relevant provisions under Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules. Pursuant to Rule 10.08 of the Listing Rules, no new H shares will be issued under the H-share incentive plan within six months from July 9, 2026, being the date on which the company's H shares were listed and its shares were first permitted to commence trading on the Stock Exchange.

The purpose of the H-share incentive plan is to provide a flexible means to attract, remunerate, incentivize, retain, reward and compensate eligible participants and to provide them with benefits; to align their interests with those of the company and its shareholders by giving them the opportunity to acquire proprietary interests in the company; and to encourage them to contribute to the company's long-term growth, performance, profitability and value.
