In a recent announcement, China Kings Resources Group Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 603505) disclosed that its majority-owned subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Jin E Bo Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., has initiated a temporary production shutdown.
The suspension is part of a safety inspection and rectification campaign to address potential hazards, aligning with ongoing work safety requirements. The subsidiary, in which China Kings Resources holds a 51% stake, is a key component of the company's operations.
As of the end of 2025, this subsidiary's total assets amounted to 3.271 billion yuan, constituting 43.21% of the parent company's total assets. Its net assets attributable to the listed company's shareholders were 453 million yuan, representing 24.68% of the total. The subsidiary generated revenue of 2.655 billion yuan, accounting for 68.30% of group revenue, and contributed a net profit of 61.9514 million yuan attributable to shareholders, making up 19.02% of the total.
According to its production schedule, the facility typically manufactures approximately 20,000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride per month. Consequently, the temporary halt is expected to have a notable impact on short-term operational performance.
The company acknowledged the current stringent safety environment within the mining and chemical industries. As a leading player in the fluorspar sector and a primary enterprise in the fluorine chemical industry chain, China Kings Resources stated it will confront these short-term challenges directly.
The firm plans to accelerate its business deployment and strategic implementation while concurrently optimizing its organizational structure and staffing. Management is committed to thoroughly addressing on-site safety hazards and completing necessary rectifications to resume production at the earliest opportunity, aiming to safeguard the interests of its investors.
