The meeting will be open to both A- and H-shareholders, who may attend in person or vote by proxy.
Key items on the agenda include:
1. Special Resolutions • Change of Registered Capital: Shareholders will decide whether to approve an adjustment to the company’s registered capital base. • Amendments to Governance Documents: Two separate votes will address revisions to the Articles of Association and to the Rules of Procedures of the Board.
