On December 23, the insurance sector showed strong performance, with The People's Insurance Company (Group) Of China Limited, Ping An Insurance (Group) Company Of China, Ltd., and China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. all surging over 2%. China Life Insurance and New China Life Insurance also followed the upward trend.
