A strategic partnership has been formalized between Nanjing Audit University Jinshen College and Topsec Technologies Group Inc. to cultivate practical cybersecurity talent. The signing ceremony for the collaborative establishment of the "Topsec Class" in information security was successfully held at Topsec's Wuhan R&D Center, marking a new chapter in the integration of industry and education for cybersecurity talent development.

Formal Launch of the "Topsec Class"

The event saw the attendance of key figures including President Yu Anping of Nanjing Audit University Jinshen College, Senior Vice President Liang Xinmin of Topsec Technologies Group Inc., and other university and corporate representatives. President Yu Anping and Senior Vice President Liang Xinmin jointly unveiled the "Topsec Class" and exchanged plaques, signifying the official commencement of substantive collaboration.

In his address, President Yu Anping outlined the shared vision behind the partnership, focusing on seizing contemporary opportunities, adhering to the educational mission, and building a promising future. He emphasized the college's commitment to a student-centered, industry-education integrated approach. The "Topsec Class" is positioned as a strategic move to strengthen new engineering disciplines, particularly in information security, aligning the curriculum with cutting-edge industry demands and aiming to establish the program as a model platform for collaborative education.

Senior Vice President Liang Xinmin highlighted Topsec Technologies Group Inc.'s three-decade journey in cybersecurity, starting from its first firewall, and its innovative practices in areas like information technology innovation security and AI security. As one of the first enterprises to settle in the National Cybersecurity Talent and Innovation Base, Topsec is dedicated to combining technological innovation, research translation, and high-quality talent training. He expressed that this partnership will establish a long-term collaborative mechanism to implement a dual-education model, cultivating highly skilled, reliable, and innovative application-oriented professionals.

Developing a Dual-Core Educational Model

Zhou Junsheng, Dean of the College of Information Science and Engineering, noted that his college is the sole engineering school within Jinshen College, boasting a high-level faculty of over 50 professors and renowned educators. Leveraging the university's unique strengths in finance, auditing, and compliance, the college will collaborate with Topsec Technologies Group Inc. to develop a distinctive dual-core educational model that combines technical practical skills with auditing and compliance thinking. The goal is to cultivate versatile professionals proficient in both cybersecurity technology and industry compliance management.

For the implementation of the "Topsec Class," three collaborative pathways have been defined: 1) Co-developing a talent cultivation system that integrates frontline case studies, practical projects, and advanced technologies into the curriculum; 2) Co-building a high-end practical training platform with professional security equipment and resources to establish a high-standard cybersecurity lab; 3) Integrating teaching resources by having senior security experts from Topsec deliver lectures and mentor students in practical training and competitions, truly implementing the dual-education model.

Both parties view this collaboration as a mutually empowering initiative that combines educational and industrial resources. Moving forward, Topsec Technologies Group Inc. will leverage its industrial, technological, and platform advantages to jointly create a benchmark for industry-education integration in the East China region. This aims to achieve a multi-win outcome for student development, institutional enhancement, and corporate empowerment, contributing robust support to the digital economy and national cybersecurity.

Following the signing ceremony, President Yu Anping and his delegation visited Topsec's Wuhan R&D Center, the computing center, and the training center at the National Cybersecurity Talent and Innovation Base, gaining firsthand insight into the industry's dynamics at the national cybersecurity hub.
