U.S. Stock Movement | Chagee Holdings Limited (CHA.US) Rises Nearly 5% on Strong Overseas GMV Growth

On Monday, shares of Chagee Holdings Limited (CHA.US) climbed nearly 5% to $15.73. The company's financial report revealed that its global store count reached 7,338 in Q3 2025.

Total GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) for the quarter stood at RMB 7.93 billion, with net revenue of RMB 3.208 billion and adjusted net profit of RMB 503 million.

Chagee's overseas business maintained robust growth, with GMV exceeding RMB 300 million—a 75.3% year-over-year surge and 27.7% quarter-over-quarter increase. Overseas GMV has now delivered over 75% YoY growth for two consecutive quarters, emerging as a key growth driver.

During Q3, Chagee expanded into the Philippines and Vietnam markets, bringing its overseas store total to 262 locations.
