On October 28, 2025, Hisense Home Appliances Group Co.,Ltd. (00921) announced that its subsidiary, the Refrigerator Marketing Company, acting as the subscriber, entered into a CITIC Securities wealth management agreement to subscribe to a CITIC Securities wealth management product.
The subscription amount for the wealth management product is RMB 2.02 billion.
The agreement was signed during the period from October 28, 2025, to October 21, 2026.
The transaction was disclosed in a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
