Ruisen Life Service Delays FY2025 Results, Postpones Board Meeting; Trading Suspension Continues

Bulletin Express03-31

Ruisen Life Service Co, Limited announced a delay in releasing its audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, attributing the postponement to additional time required by the external auditors. The board meeting initially scheduled for 31 March 2026 to approve the annual results and consider any dividend recommendation has been deferred until further notice.

Under Rule 13.49(1) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, listed issuers must publish annual results within three months of the financial year-end, meaning on or before 31 March 2026 for Ruisen Life Service. The company now expects to miss this statutory deadline.

Trading in Ruisen Life Service shares has been suspended since 28 August 2024 at 9:04 a.m. and will remain halted. Further updates will be released in accordance with Listing Rule requirements.

The board currently comprises one executive director (Mr. Pan Xiaohu), two non-executive directors (Mr. Yao Ning and Ms. Zhang Mingming) and three independent non-executive directors (Ms. Tang Wai Ha, Mr. Li Yougen and Mr. Mao Ning).
