The "Human x Car x Home" full ecosystem new product launch event for Xiaomi Corp. was held on May 21. Prior to the event, Lei Jun appeared together with the key project leaders for the YU7 GT: Product Director Wang Li, Engineering Director Zhang Baohua, and Design Director Shin.
Lei Jun explained that in early last year, Xiaomi Corp.'s automotive division began implementing a project management "iron triangle" system. This involves a team of three—the product director, engineering director, and design director—working together to oversee the entire project.
"It's a tough job. I believe these three individuals have probably had countless disagreements over the past year and a half," Lei Jun remarked with a laugh.
