NOBLE ENG GP (08445) has announced the fulfillment of all conditions for its share placement, with the process formally completed on September 21, 2026.
Under the terms of the placement agreement, a total of 55.276 million placement shares have been successfully allotted by the placing agent to no fewer than six placees, at a placing price of HKD 0.180 per share.
