AVICHINA (02357) has announced that, at the Annual General Meeting, the resolution to appoint Mr. Wang Rong as a Non-Executive Director of the company was formally approved by shareholders, with the appointment taking effect immediately. Following the Annual General Meeting, at a subsequent Board of Directors meeting, Mr. Wang was also appointed to serve on the Board's Development and Strategy Committee, the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and the Sustainable Development Committee.
