A financial institution in Zhejiang province has been penalized for non-compliance with statistical reporting regulations.
The People's Bank of China's Wenzhou branch has issued an administrative penalty, fining Zhejiang Taishun Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. 500,000 yuan for violating financial statistical management rules.
The penalty was formally decided on May 27, 2026, under the document number Wenyin Fajue Zi [2026] No. 2, and the decision will be publicly disclosed for a period of three years.
