On the evening of May 21, following the "YU7 GT" Xiaomi Human-Vehicle-Home Full Ecosystem New Product Launch, Xiaomi Group Chairman and CEO Lei Jun, along with Xiaomi Group Vice President and Automotive CTO Hu Zhengnan, Xiaomi Automotive Vice President Song Gang, and Xiaomi Automotive Chief Test Driver Ren Zhoucan, held a media dialogue.

Recently, the Nürburgring production electric vehicle record held by the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra was surpassed by the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT equipped with the Manthey kit. When asked about this, Lei Jun stated that he congratulates Porsche on breaking the record. He believes that a healthy competitive attitude among automakers involves chasing and surpassing one another.
