Conch Enviro Issues Reminder on Transition to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express04-27

China Conch Environment Protection Holdings Limited (Conch Enviro) has reiterated that all future corporate communications will be disseminated electronically via the company’s website (www.conchenviro.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed distribution.

The reminder targets registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address. Conch Enviro encourages holders to scan the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or return the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, to register a functional email address.

If a valid email address is not supplied, Conch Enviro will continue sending actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—in printed form until the address is provided. Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may request printed versions, but such instructions remain effective for only one year from the request date.

Key documents covered under “corporate communications” include directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare during business hours on +852 2862 8688.
